Our Approach 

At Step Ahead Psychological Services, our approach is strength based, individualized, and educational. We will help you to evaluate your child's strengths and areas of growth, understand your child's diagnosis if they have been given one, and tailor recommendations specifically to your family.  We believe in working with your schedules, offering flexible remote or socially distanced interactions , and building confidence in managing child behavior difficulties, anxiety or mood concerns,  and learning differences.

Dr. Murphy 

Dr. Haley Murphy, Ph.D. is a California Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY 31276)  who graduated with her doctorate (PhD)  from Virginia Tech. 

 

 Dr. Murphy completed an APA-accredited internship followed by a APA-accredited post-doctoral fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychology at Harbor UCLA.
